FTP (For files over 250mb)

For transferring large files, we recommend using our ftp site.

On a PC - Internet Explorer works best when it comes to using ftp software. If you are using Chrome as your browser you may need to download an extension for it to work properly. Google search for‘chrome extension ie tab’ this will enable you to use Chrome with some functionality of Internet Explorer (drag and drop files).

On a Mac - Apple computers don’t have a built in ftp client that has two way functionality (upload and download). But you can download a third party application called cyberduck.ch/changelog
