One of my favorite sections of this guide is on the very first page, it tells how to come up with a marketing budget! As simple as it sounds, many companies never set a marketing budget. It should be a percentage of your gross revenue from the previous year and will help create a benchmark for you to live by. Marketing can be a great way to grow your business, but only if it’s done at the right time and in the right order.
